SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping within the United States
All orders within the United States ship free. International orders have a flat shipping rate of $20 USD.

Processing Time
In-stock pieces ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Made-to-order pieces are custom-made for you after you order and ship in about 4 weeks. This is shown on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order pieces, we may ship them separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each shipment.
For made-to-order pieces, your card is charged at purchase so that your piece can go into production.

Shipping Details
All orders ship from California via FedEx. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and expected delivery date after your order ships.
All shipments require an adult signature.
We ship within the United States (including APO addresses) and internationally. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Duties and Taxes
United States orders: no duties or extra fees on delivery.
International orders: shipping charges do not include import duties and taxes. These are set by your country and paid by the customer on delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Address Accuracy
Please include all address details (floor, suite, apartment number, etc.). Orders that must be re-routed because of an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee.
If an order is undeliverable and returned to us, the return shipping cost, plus any duties, taxes or customs charges incurred, will be deducted from your refund.
