Dear friends,

Today, I want to share a personal secret I’ve uncovered during my journey in search of what beauty truly is.

When I was in university, I studied painting. Back then, I thought that if I could just master the art of painting, I could create beauty. But after four years of studying, I realized that I still didn’t really understand what beauty was at its core. With this lingering question in mind, I came to the U.S. to pursue a master’s degree in art, hoping to find the answers here. But instead of finding clarity, I found myself more confused than ever.

Throughout my life, I gained a lot of skills and knowledge, but the true essence of beauty always seemed just out of reach, hidden somewhere deeper.

As time went on, and through various life experiences, I began to realize that everything is spirit. This understanding deepened as I started to connect with my higher self and receive guidance from the higher realm. And it was through this profound connection that I uncovered a secret: beauty isn’t just about what we see on the surface. Beauty, I discovered, is actually a high-frequency energy—a vibration that resonates with our inner being, creating a sense of joy and harmony.

When we encounter things that hold this high vibration—whether it’s art, nature, or even the way we connect with others—we feel that undeniable sense of beauty. It’s this high-frequency energy that is the true essence of beauty.
